ContentGrabbingJi 3 重构开发计划

本次项目重构以增强项目可维护性，增加项目灵活性，增加服务效率为目标。

目前 ContentGrabbingJi 版本发布计划如下：

• 3.0.0-alpha：第一个可用的预览版，本项目官方账号正式上线（Telegram 平台开放使用）；
• [3.0.0~3.1.0)：专注于改进问题的预览版；
• 3.1.0：正式版，将移除在该版本以已标记为废弃的所有API，项目整体稳定；

本项目遵循语义化版本控制 SemVer 规范， 不同版本号之间的兼容性将依照 SemVer 规范得到保证（不会出现 1.0.1 版本不兼容 1.0.0 版本，或 1.2.0 版本不支持 1.1.0 版本的情况）。
