9dc4bfa28f feat: 为 BotExtensionFactory 提供一些可用的信息. (#125) 
为 BotExtensionFactory 的 createExtensionInstance 方法添加 BotExtensionCreateOptions 参数,
通过 BotExtensionCreateOptions 为扩展包 Factory 提供更多信息, 以避免扩展重复声明配置文件.

3e99d7d033 fix(example): 修复 Reply 判断条件不充分的问题. 
由于条件判断不充分, 导致运行时可能会出现 NPE 的问题.

de83d2c3d3 refactor(example): say_hello 命令添加用户的账号信息. 
补充账号信息, 方便查(为了测试).

P.S. 其实这个 Commit 应该算作 feat, 但这个是示例扩展, 所以就改成了 refactor.

bfe5bb8b7d refactor: 将扩展示例的名称更改为 scalabot-ext-example. 
用 simple 并不能表示为示例, 改成 example 会更合适一些.
