build: 更新 Slf4j 和 Junit, 屏蔽扩展包的测试依赖.

更新 Slf4j (1.7.32 -> 1.7.33) 和 Junit (5.6.0 -> 5.8.2).
按版本号规范来讲, 应该不会有兼容性问题.
